We read every application and speak with you once — fifteen to twenty minutes, so we know your school is real and you know we are. On that call we take your teachers and their WhatsApp numbers, and the time you want the daily lesson to arrive. No sales meetings, no committees. Then your school is Registered.
Every school morning, each of your teachers gets that day’s lesson on WhatsApp, at the time you chose, in a fixed order that builds week on week for six months. You print what you need. It is free, and it stays free.
One school fills a form. Forty schools need training, a rollout plan and honest measurement — so a partnership starts with a conversation rather than a form. Your teachers teach; we train them, hand over the curriculum, and design the baseline and endline with you. The toolkit stays free either way — a partnership covers scale, never access.

Nothing, ever — there is no fee, no subscription, and no paid tier. Your school covers its own printing (the materials are designed for one black-and-white printer) and the WhatsApp data your teachers already use. That is the whole cost.
We read your application, then set up one short call — usually within a few days. Once your school is Registered, your teachers start receiving the daily lessons on WhatsApp at the time you chose, and you print materials as you go.
It means your school exists, we have spoken with its leadership, and you have agreed to our data and child-safeguarding policies. It is not an inspection or an endorsement — we do not background-check staff or visit premises. We say exactly what we checked, and nothing more.
No — never. Your teachers teach. We supply the curriculum, the daily WhatsApp lessons, and the training materials; the classroom stays entirely yours.
We ask for one photo of the reading space before you begin, the location of your centre, and then photos and two or three short videos of sessions every fortnight. That is how we know the programme is actually running before we keep sending it, and it is what our impact reports and grant applications are built from. Photos of the work — worksheets, the blackboard, the classroom — are always enough. Photos of children are welcome only if you want to share them and guardians have signed the consent form we provide. If nothing arrives for about a month, lessons pause — and resume exactly where they left off the moment something does. Nothing is ever lost.
